William Steinberg

William joined the Practical Law team in Hong Kong in 2016. Before that, he worked for 10 years in Hong Kong, practicing with Shearman & Sterling (now A&O Shearman) and working as an in-house legal and compliance officer for a leading proprietary trading firm and a top-tier financial institution.

Cynthia Teo

Cynthia joined the Practical Law team in Singapore in 2025. Before that, she worked as an in-house corporate banking counsel for over two years, supporting the global financial institutions and corporate banking divisions of the bank. Prior to that, she practised as a capital markets lawyer for over 10 years at Linklaters and Norton Rose Fulbright, working on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions and advising corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns and corporate trustees.

Alice Tsui

Alice joined the Practical Law team in Hong Kong in 2024. Before that, she had over a decade of legal experience, first as a corporate lawyer at several law firms including Latham & Watkins and Kirkland & Ellis, and later as a Practice Innovation and Knowledge Attorney at Paul Hastings. She also has exposure to data privacy and is certified in CIPP/E and CIPM.

Alexander Pang

Alexander joined the Practical Law team in Singapore in 2025. Before that, he had over a decade of practice experience in dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, employment law, commercial law, and corporate advisory work. He began his career at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP and later spearheaded the restructuring and insolvency practice at TSMP Law Corporation. He subsequently joined Tan Peng Chin LLC, where he oversaw the firm's dispute resolution practice.

Nico Ni

Nico joined the Practical Law team in Hong Kong in 2014. Before that, she worked in the corporate finance industry for years, holding regulatory and sponsor licenses under the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong.

Khoa Tran

Khoa joined the Practical Law team in Hong Kong in 2025. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2018, and worked as publisher, editor, and reporter in the city's legal information and media industry.

Bianca Tam

Bianca joined Practical Law in 2018 supporting various practice areas, including arbitration, competition, and dispute resolution.
